A1. Gibson & Associates offers onsite enrollment to provide immediate answers to your employees’ questions. First, we work with you to schedule the best possible time. Then we’re available to help you with the enrollment process and to answer any related questions, even those concerning other products and policies.

Q2. What information will we need for enrollment?
A2. Required information varies from carrier to carrier. Your Gibson & Associates agent will make sure you know well in advance the information you’ll need prior to and at the time of enrollment. Our focus is to make this process as smooth and seamless as possible, knowing that your employees appreciate the feeling of reassurance that the plan you’ve chosen will fulfill their needs.

Q3. What about additional coverage?
A3. You and your employees may be interested in additional coverage for dental insurance, vision, life insurance, long and short term disability and more. Q5. Do you offer on-site monthly service visits?
A5. Upon request, Gibson & Associates will provide a service representative on location for your employees to meet with face-to-face.

Q6. Do you provide COBRA Administration?
A6. Per Department of Insurance Policy, we are not allowed to provide COBRA administration. However, we do provide general information regarding COBRA and can also direct you to a COBRA administrator who we work with.
