The Carolinas Independent Automobile Dealers Association
The Carolinas Independent Automobile Dealers Association was founded in 1955 as the only professional Automobile Trade Association representing independent automobile dealers in North Carolina and South Carolina. The association is organized so that control of its policies and activities is in the hands of the active dealer members.
CIADA offers its members educational opportunities, legislative/ regulatory representation and updates and numerous other benefits to ensure that its members are among the most knowledgeable and best equipped auto dealers serving the public.
The CIADA health plan was initiated in February of 2010. By offering fully-insured specialized benefit plan options, members of CIADA are able to choose between six different plan designs which are only available to them. Members may elect to offer a dual-option benefit to their employees by choosing two of the six benefit options; this allows employers to offer a lower benefit at a lower cost while offering a richer benefit as an employee choice. The association plan will also afford members the opportunity to maintain lower premiums by "pooling" their claims experience with other CIADA members.
Life, Disability, Dental, Vision, and specific illness insurance are also available to members of CIADA.
